Nutrifirst Policy

  • Member Types
    Starting from January 1, 2010 members can start accumulating their total spending. Members are entitled to discounts based on their membership status. Membership status and the corresponding discounts are as follows:

    Silver members
    2% additional discount
    Purchase a total of SGD 2,000 to be Silver Member.

    Gold members
    5% additional discount
    Purchase a total of SGD 5,000 to be Gold Member.

    Platinum members
    10% additional discount
    Purchase a total of SGD 10,000 to be Platinum Member.

    Discount will only be applied on participating merchants.
    Member discount cannot be combined with coupon code.
    When both coupon code and member discount is applied; Higher discount will be used automatically.
    Shipping charges, discounts and redeemed credits are not added to total spending.
    Your membership type can be seen on My Account.

  • Payment Options

    For orders which are for delivery, payments we accept are Cash on delivery and Prepay by Paypal Credit Cards (Subject to different merchant option). Payment through NETS is available for self collection customers only. (Min purchase must be SGD 50 for NETS). We do not accept cheques or bank transfers. If anyone from NutriFirst instruct you to do a transfer to their account, please do NOT transfer and report to us immediately. Email us at Sales@NutriFirst.net or Call 67440600

    For customers opting to prepay by Paypal Credit Card, we will only deliver the product/s after receiving the payment/s. We don't do any refund for purchases paid byPaypal Credit Card.

    For orders which are made through our customer hotlines, a payment accepted is only Cash on delivery. Our employees are not allowed to take customer credit card details for any cause and our website don't have the functionality to save sensitive information such as credit card details. NutriFirst will not be responsible for customer losing their credit card details for orders made through phone.

    Self Collection

    You are able to make a self collection at 9 Kaki Bukit Road 2, #02-23 Singapore 417842. Cash Payments, NETS, and Credit Card will be accepted.

  • Delivery Options - Orders within Singapore
    There will be different options of delivery provided by different merchants, it will be stated on merchant’s details & merchant’s product.

    Options like: NutriFirst Pte Ltd In-house Delivery Service, SingPost Service, and Merchant’s Delivery Service

    NutriFirst PTE LTD in-house Delivery Service (3 - Hour delivery Within Singapore Only) - Select this for our next-day delivery service with only a 3 - hour waiting time. (Delivery within the same day can only be done via phone, just call +65 67440600, subject to the availability of delivery slots and this will carry an EXPRESS surcharge of SGD 20).

    NutriFirst PTE LTD in-house Delivery Charges: SGD 10 for order/s SGD 30 and below, $5 for SGD 31-99 or FREE with order/s above SGD 100. Note: We are unable to fulfil requests to deliver at a specific timing/s or provide a shorter duration time slot/s within your chosen delivery time slot/s. But upon request, we do delivery within 1 hour time slot at a charge of SGD 20.

    NutriFirst PTE LTD in-house EXPRESS Delivery Service (Singapore Only) We provide express/ urgent delivery only via phone call at +65 67440600. There will be a waiting time of up to 3 hours upon confirmation of order/s and an express delivery fee of SGD 20 will be charged. (Order/s must be made during normal operation hours)

    Our in-house delivery day and time slots available are as indicated. Please do ensure that your order will be collected by someone and you have prepared the payments for your purchase during the time slot you have chosen. Please be advised that delivery man only have 5 minutes waiting time, There will be an additional SGD 12 charge for those who will exceed the time allotted and also for rescheduled delivery. Before you submit your order, you will be prompted to select your preferred time slot for delivery. Simply click on the appropriate time slot and submit your order. Within minutes, you will receive a computer-generated invoice in your email account.

    Invalid address include incomplete postal address, freight centres, ports, terminal, camps, and such other places as may be determined in NutriFirst’s absolute discretion without any notice to you.

    For In-house Delivery: Monday to Saturday (Excluding Sundays & Public Holidays): 9:30am-12:30pm, 12:30pm-3:30pm, 7pm-10pm.

    Note: Do not place any order with NutriFirst’s delivery man as they are on a contract basis. NutriFirst will not be responsible if order is not being processed. Please call 67440600 to order.

    NutriFirst Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the existing shipping rates without prior notice.

    We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.

  • Shipping Options - International Orders (Orders only accepted for the following Countries)
    We accept international orders from most countries.

    All international orders will be shipped via SingPost normal mail or registered mail with tracking number.

    Charges calculated by weight (including packaging weight) and will be factored into your total bill.

    NutriFirst Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the shipping rates without prior notice.

    Payment option: Prepay by Paypal / Credit Card (Please kindly wait for the secure payment gateway to load after clicking "Continue" if you select the option to pay via Paypal / Credit Card).

    If Paypal flagged your account as high risk, your order may be on hold as we will need to time to verify if it is a genuine buyer and not a credit card fraud. We may also reserve the rights to not ship the order. In this case, we will provide refund to your Paypal account.

    Once processed, packaged and dropped for shipping, the time in transit is estimation of 2-10 days depending on location.

    Should there be any further delay in this process, due to back orders on products or acts of nature beyond our control. Upon receiving payment, we will process the order and send it to our warehouse for packing, once item is shipped, tracking number/s will be provided for registered mail.

    Important note: If you are residing in any country other than Singapore, please check with your local customs for your country’s import regulations before making the purchase. Our responsibility ends when we ship your order out of Singapore. We will not be responsible for (i) the confiscation of the product/s and/or (ii) any fines or penalties which may be imposed upon you by your local customs for violating import regulation (iii) correction of shipping address due to user error. You agree to indemnify us for any fine/s and/or penalties which may be imposed upon us for the infringement of any such laws as a result of your purchase.

  • Credit System
    For every $100 spent in a single receipt for participating merchant and non promotional products, this total will exclude shipping and handling charges, there will be a $5 credit in your individual account. Credit will only be reflected after we have received your payment. You may only use the credit in your next order or allow it to accumulate. Redeeming of credits on the same day as purchase won't be entertained. There is no expiry date for the credit accumulated.

    Credit available will be reflected when you log in with your email address and password and when checking out.

    For Singapore orders with payments made by cash or credit will only be reflected after your payment have been received and cleared. Updates may take up to 4 weeks. Please email us at feedback@nutrifirst.net if your credit is not reflected after 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Please retain your original invoice as proof of purchase.

  • Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

  • GST Refund for Tourist
    We currently do not do GST Refund for Tourist.

  • Product Expiry
    We do not sell expiring or expired products. Products listed will be at least 6 months or more before expiration unless further stated. Protein Bar and Ready to drink normally has shorter expiration of 6 months or less. If you are buying more products to store, you may want to call +65 67440600 to check on the expiry dates.

  • Stock Availability
    The quantity available will be stated on individual product page.

    If the item is out of stock, it will be reflected on our website.

    There may be stock error from time to time, but we will be monitoring and try our best to minimise these errors, we hope to have your understanding in this.

  • Prices
    1. All prices are Nett. (No additional hidden costs)
    2. All prices are stated is in Singapore dollars (SGD).
    3. All prices stated includes 7% GST.
    4. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of NutriFirst Pte Ltd without prior notice.

  • Acceptance of order
    The receipt of an e-mail order invoice does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an invitation to treat a product or service. NutriFirst reserves all right, without prior notice, to limit and/or amend the order quantity, promotional period, items, gifts or any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or delivery of any order.

    NutriFirst Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse to sell a product to any customer for any reason.

  • Cancellation of Orders
    We will not entertain any cancellations once the order has been submitted by the customer.

    We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.

  • Confirmation of Orders
    To confirm that your order has been process thru successfully, please make sure you received a computer-generated invoice within 1 hour upon the successful submission of the electronic order. If the items ordered are unavailable, NutriFirst Support Team or our merchant will contact you as soon as possible.

  • Exchange Policy (Only applicable for Singapore)
    All products purchased via our website may be exchanged provided:
    1. It is within 14 days from date of delivery.
    2. There is an original invoice.
    3. The product is in good condition for resale. (Seal and packaging intact)

    Exchange of product/s can be done at 9 Kaki Bukit Rd 2 #02-23 Singapore 417842 or at our merchant’s office, alternatively you may call +65 67440600 to arrange a special delivery for exchange to be done elsewhere (WITHIN Singapore), and a return delivery fee of $12 will be borne by you.

    Items are non-exchangeable in the following conditions:
    1. Items bought at promotional prices.
    2. Products for external application, example skin care product (due to hygiene factors).

    Local orders (Singapore) are non-refundable. International orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    Please note that Exchange policy is non-negotiable.

  • Illegal Products or Drugs
    We do not condone the illegal use or sale of products with banned ingredients, steroids, anabolic steroids, growth hormones or of any drug. Legalities regarding anabolic/androgenic steroids and any other performance related or prescript drug varies from state, province or country. If these drugs are illegal according to the laws governing you, don't engage in their use. If any of our staff are found selling, please report directly to authorities. We are not and will not be held responsible for any staff misconduct or any anabolic steroid misuse or any damages that they may cause.

  • Promotional Items
    Promotional items are for a limited period only or while stocks last. NutriFirst Pte Ltd reserves the right to discontinue any promotion without prior notice. In the event where a product is priced wrongly or graphically represented incorrectly, NutriFirst Pte Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order/s placed for the product.

    Every order is a legal binding contract. You are reminded of your legal obligation to complete your purchase according to our Terms & Conditions. Fraudulent orders will be compiled and appropriate legal actions will be undertaken.

  • Steps to place an order
    1. Find your product Select the item you wish to purchase from the ‘Product’ or ‘Category’ drop-down menu. Select ‘Flavour’, ‘Size’ or ‘Colour’ if applicable and select ‘Quantity’. Click on ‘Add to Cart’ for the item you wish to purchase.

    2. Check your shopping cart Shopping Cart will be reflected after adding an item to cart, check and amend ‘Flavour’, ‘Colour’, ‘Size’ and ‘Quantity’ if applicable.

    Shopping Cart Options

    Delete Cart Delete all items on current shopping cart.
    Delete Delete a selected item from the cart.
    Keep Shopping Continue shopping and add more items to shopping cart.
    Checkout Confirm order when you have completed your shopping.

    3. Upon Checkout, you will see your particulars and billing information.
    (i) Please verify your full name, email address, contact number, billing and shipping address.
    (ii) Choose the preferred delivery date and time. (Only applicable for Singapore orders) For International orders, charges will apply for different options available.
    (iii) On the ‘Other Comments’ section, please fill in any additional instructions/requests for us.

    4. Upon Submit, you will see the summary of your order. Please check that all the details are accurate.
    (i) Then click on Confirm.

    5. Click on Process order to send us your order information or click on proceed to payment if you are paying by credit card.
    (i) Upon processing your order, You will receive your order confirmation via email.
    (ii) You will receive a call from us or our merchant only just before delivery. (Only applicable for Singapore orders) For International orders, you may track your package/s with the tracking number for premium postage service given to you via email when package is ready to be shipped. (We do not provide tracking for normal postage)

    Upon receiving your ordered item(s), we seek your assistance to update status to DELIVERED if it does not automatically change. This will allow us to monitor delivery status and release payment to merchant.

    You will also be able to track your order status, item staus and your last 6 months orders at My Account page.

  • Security Policy

  • Advertising with NutriFirst group
    By advertising with NutriFirst Pte Ltd, you as the advertiser or merchant will be responsible with the content you published. NutriFirst will not hold responsibility in this, but we will do our very best in moderating and removing inappropriate content.

    Banner advertisement and Directory listing are available on a self help basis by creating a merchant account; you may add to cart and checkout with PayPal and upload your content. You may also call us at 67440600 if you need phone assistant.

    With Merchant account, Merchant product listing will be available after we have set an appointment with you for an account opening and some simple formal agreement as we need to preset your preference for shipping, product information like brands and categories, payment mode, etc.
